Condolences
Hi Doug, Bev and family and auntie Mae. Our deepest condolences to you all for the loss of a great man! Uncle Jim was a kind, thoughtful, gentle man. He will be missed by so many. Thoughts and prayers to you all. Take care. Love Richard & Gloria, Tyler, Jenelle and their families ❤️
Hi Mae, Doug and family
Our sincere condolences for your loss.
Jim was a man who was both vibrant and very comical. Sue and l remember so well many occasions with them. Two that stand out were a wedding when Jim insisted on getting my drinks. Of course little did l know he was getting me triples. Once inebriated l looked at Jim and asked what the heck was in those drinks. With a big smile on his face he said triples. He got me good. The second was a trip to the Condo in Mexico. We had no mix left late one balmy night. No problem for Jim and Mae they just poured us all a drink with chocolate milk as the mix. Just way too funny.
We would also like to apologize as we will not be able to attend the service. Our love and thoughts will be with you.

Uncle Jim was a very intelligent, kind and caring man. He always worked hard to find ways to help the whole family with their medical problems. I always admired him for that. He was also a great guy to visit with and I always enjoyed when he and auntie May came to visit. His care of uncle Wes was another thing I admired him for. He had a very interesting( and sometimes hard) life but he still made a difference in many lives. I will miss you uncle Jim!
I remember Uncle Jim and I sharing a rum and coke , (or 3 or 4) on many occasions. All under the sideways glances of Aunt Mae lol. Many conversations that solved all the world's problems. One mention of horseshoes and Jim would race to the trunk of his car and bring out his personal set. Then he would commence to soundly trounce all challengers. Say hi to Sis for us. Rick Johnston.
