Peter was a wonderful person, and I will miss him greatly. We got to know each other quite well during his weekly visits to the ski shop, and ski days at Lake Louise. He was an extremely generous man, and never hesitated to help out with anything from career advice, to ski gear.
I think I can speak for all of the staff at the shop when I say that it won't be the same without you coming to hang out.
Rest In Peace My Friend,
Richard W.
My condolences to you Louise! Peter and I met working at RBC many years ago. We have stayed in touch throughout the years shared many good times and troubled times throughout our lives. I will miss talking and laughing with Peter. He will always be looking out for you (Louise) and helping all of us in a different way!!! God bless you Louise! Love and hugs Les….❤️❤️
Louise, I am so sad to hear about Peter. I loved working with Peter. He was so smart. So laid back & kind. I loved his wry humour and quick wit. He took such a genuine interest in people. He listened & remembered. He was generous of spirit. The world needs more people like you & your brother. He will be sorely missed. My heart goes out to you & everyone who loved him.
Sincerely, Colleen Teters
My dear sweet Louise, How sorry I was to learn of Peter's passing. The world has lost a genuine all around good guy. He will be missed by so many - family and friends alike. May your lifetime of loving memories bring you comfort moving forward. RIP Peter, Godspeed xoxo
Louise.... I am very sorry to read of the loss of your bro and good friend.. My memories are of both of you being the cherished children of Hugh and Gerry. Please accept my kind thoughts and hugs at this sad time.
Peter, a man of few words, always made sure to provide my boys a special place during their visits with Gerry and Grandma. For William, being able to play with Peter’s “special” hot wheels motorcycles, allowing his imagination to soar while Gerry enjoyed William’s presence. For Duncan, always making sure there was a supply of cookies and apple juice. Peter was always in the background making sure everyone was taken care of. He will be remembered fondly and missed greatly. We will forever feel privileged to have known him.
Louise and family,
I am so sorry for your loss of Peter. Peter has been a great friend, golf partner, ski buddy and customer to my brother Dan and he will be greatly missed by all. May all your wonderful memories bring a warmth to your heart and a smile to you face. Thinking of you.

Such sad news. Peter was a colleague at RBC, and always attended the Big Brother and Sisters Charity Golf Event held in Canmore each year. Loved the open highways, slopes and greens. Peter you will be dearly missed, condolences to the Family. Donald Ogg.
so sorry to hear. Peter was a great guy - grew up with him as a neighbor, a friend, and was super involved in his community hockey. One of the nicest guys I have ever met. Although we had lost touch over the years - I still cherish the memories I have of Peter Mac (Coach P).
Our deepest sympathies to Louise and family. Peter was a great friend and we have so many good memories of times together house boating, playing slow pitch, camping, golfing. Peter was incredibly generous, especially at Christmas time to our kids, and never hesitated to lend a hand with with a move, or some household installation you needed help with. Peter will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Louise and Peter's family.
