Obituary of Curtis Arlo Horsefall

October 4, 2022 - Calgary, Alberta

 

 

Curtis Arlo Horsefall, age 42 minutes, passed gently in his mother’s arms and made his new journey back to the Creator at Foothills Medical Centre, in Calgary, AB, on October 4, 2022.

 

Curtis is the son of Clasina Calfrobe and Dominic. Curtis was a blessed gift to his mother, that showed her the meaning of love and peace. During his brief visit on earth, Curtis was able to feel and hear his mother’s precious voice, as he laid his head gently on her heart, before he departed. He was loved by all who met him and will be greatly missed.

 

Curtis is survived by his parents, grandparents, Lynnette Axe and Harold Calfrobe; many aunties and uncles; and his great grandparents, Wayne Horsefall and Francine Axe, and Barbara (Freddy) Holloway.

 

He was predeceased by his great grandparents, Harold Cutter and Christian Calfrobe; cousins, Malak Holloway-Ponce and Sky Lee Holloway; and aunties, Tammy Axe and Mariah Holloway. He has many family and extended family across Canada; British Columbia, Alberta, Siksika, Maskwacis, Saskatchewan, Pasqua First Nation, and Sakimay Nation.

Funeral Services will be held at the St. John The Divine Church, Siksika Nation on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at the Cannon Stockton Cemetery, Siksika Nation. Family invites a following Feast at Ariel & Dallas Manyheads residence.

 

The family would love to thank the Foothills Labour & Delivery Unit 51 and all the staff for their incredible support and prayers. A special thanks to the Siksika Child Service staff for their help also. Condolences, memories, and photos may be shared and viewed here.
