Obituary of Ena Ramjattan

November 14, 1934 – Tableland, Trinidad

October 28, 2022 – Calgary, Alberta

It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ena Ramjattan (nee Sankarsingh), beloved wife of the late Bunny Noel Ramjattan, on Friday, October 28, 2022, at the age of 87 years.

Ena is survived by her children, Richard and Harlan Ramjattan.

Ena’s family would like to thank all the family, friends, Doctors, and all other medical staff, who took the time and patience to care for her. Thanks to all, not forgetting Dr. Purkin of California, who made all those phone calls to the Drs’ here in Calgary on Ena’s behalf. Thank you, DR. Purkin from Richard and Harlan Ramjattan.

A Celebration of Ena’s Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway Hospitality Center (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road SE, Calgary, AB) on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. Family and friends who are unable to attend in person are invited to join Mrs. Ramjattan’s service streamed live (see below) on the day of the service. For those who are unable to view live, a recording of the service will be posted. Condolences, memories, and photos may also be shared and viewed here.
