Condolences
Bodil will be remembered by me every time I pick up a set of knitting needles. She was a tireless crafter and creator of warm little things. I cherish my tiny owl she made and loved how all the proceeds of her crafts went to charity. She was never without a smile or positive attitude. I am sure she will be missed by all who knew her.
I often think of Bodil when I look at my wool stash. She was so grateful for donations of leftover balls which she turned into such wonderful gifts for people. Her selfless generosity to the food bank gives us pause to reflect on what more we can all do to help our community.

I`m so sorry to hear of Bodil`s death. She was an amazing and talented woman. A great organizer, cook and so practical. Bodil was a tremendous help to me when I moved from Calgary. Condolences to you and your family Annette.

Moster Bodil was very important to me. She was a strong link to “the old country” and affirmed our Danishness. She and her older sister Lizzi with their husbands and young families (John, Poul, Benjamin and Maria) immigrated to Canada together.
She said what she meant and meant what she said having no hidden agenda. I loved her.

One of my favorite memories of Moster Bodil was her delicious egg nog. Every time we visited she would make it special for my brother and I. Still warms my heart to this day.
I'm sadly sorry for your loss of Bodil, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend,
I will always cherish my time with Bodil in my garden eating tomatoes off the plants .
I will be comforted in the lovely slippers Bodil made and gave me.
Peace and love Bodil
. Annette, you were an angel in the care of your Mom
. At your own expense in many ways, you did your mother and family proud.
I appreciate and love and thank you, Nettie.
