Ryan Couling of Airdrie, AB, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at the age of 21 years.

Ryan was born in Calgary, AB, on March 3, 2001. He was a student in the Engineering/Instrumentation program at SAIT and had completed his first year at the time he got sick. Ryan accomplished much through his short life and was particularly proud of his family and friendships. Ryan was an eclectic soul. His interests ranged from vintage T-shirts and comics to building Lego. He was a lover of all types of music and had an extensive vinyl collection. He was an athlete and avid sports fan as well as a gaming nerd. His deep, booming voice while gaming could be heard outside the house. He will be most remembered for his sense of humour and leadership. Ryan could make friends anywhere and anyone around him felt his warmth. He left a lasting impact on everyone he spent time with.
