Chun Har Yu passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at the age of 92 years.

Chun Har was born in Yuyao City, China on March 16, 1930. She moved to Hong Kong in 1953 when she married her husband, Yeh Foo Ying, until his passing in 1982. She then immigrated to Calgary, Canada in 1993.

Chun Har is survived by her one daughter, Amy, three sons, and two daughters-in-law, Daniel (Belinda), Danny (Deborah), and Tommy; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her one brother and two sisters-in-law, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Chun Har was predeceased by her spouse, parents, eldest brother, and younger sister.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of The Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB) on Friday, December 2, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

A Celebration of Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Chapel of The Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB), on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
