Obituary of Rick Wolfe

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard ‘Rick’ Wolfe, loving husband to Sylvia on Friday, November 25, 2022, at the age of 65 years. He was a kind and supportive friend to many. Rick was most proud of being an Honorary Uncle to Axel, Annika, Torin, Tayla, and Nicholas. He left a huge hole in our hearts with his passing.

Rick was lucky to have two rewarding careers where he made lifelong friends. The first was with the Catholic School Board in the IMC department. His second was at Oslo, a Design & Contracting Company that he started with partner Jeff.

Rick is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sylvia; brother Ken (Linda); cousin Louise (Joe); his sister-in-law Marilyn, and brother-in-law Raymond (Denise); and his nephew Brennan and niece Sofie.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to his GP Dr. K. Braich and the staff at FMC in emergency and ICU for the wonderful care in these difficult times.

A Celebration of Richard’s Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle NW, Calgary, AB), on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
