Obituary of Margaret Muriel George

March 13, 1940 - December 29, 2022

Margaret George beloved wife of the late Clarence George of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at the age of 82 years.

Margaret was born in Cartier, AB on March 13, 1940, married Clarence George in 1958, and moved to Calgary, Alberta, in 1967.

Margaret is survived by her three children, Randy (Duiliah), Wendy (John), and Kevin (Karen); 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren; and her brother Frank as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

As per Margaret’s wishes no formal services will be held. Internment will be held January 13th at 12:00 PM at  Mountain View Cemetery (1515-100 Street, SE, Calgary AB), followed by a Celebration of Life from 1:30 – 3:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Community Assoc.  (4020 26 Ave. SE, Calgary, AB).
