What a shock to lose my friend of 34 years! We met as school teachers, became friends as couples, went on cruises and camping together, and enjoyed each other’s company playing cards and games. We spent time together in Yuma,Arizona as well as in Calgary. She was always fun and trustworthy. Our condolences to Peter and the family.
My thoughts and sympathies are sent to Peter and his family. I was fortunate to come to know Lucielle over the last number of years as a bridge partner and friend. She was a kind, generous and caring person. I appreciated her patience, her support and her encouragement. More importantly I appreciated her willingness to listen. Her presence will be missed. May her legacy live on within her children and grandchildren. Rest in peace Lucielle.
Sending our condolences to Peter and family. We hold kind memories of Lucille.
I first met Lucielle many years ago when she and I played in the duplicate bridge club in Country Roads RV Park in Yuma, AZ. When she and Peter stopped going south and I did too, we continued playing online bridge together here in Alberta. Lucielle was a kind and generous teacher to many starting players in the Park. In all the time I knew her I never once saw her impatient or cross with anyone. She was always gracious and kind. I will miss her greatly. Sincere condolences to Peter and the family.
