Lien Trinh, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at the age of 83 years.

Lien was born in China on March 9, 1939. She moved with her parents to Saigon, Vietnam before the age of one. She immigrated to Canada in 1984 with her three young children.

Lien was a beloved mother and grandmother and is survived by five children and two grandchildren. She was sadly predeceased by one daughter and one grandson.

Lien will be most remembered for her love and devotion to her family, that included raising three young children as a single parent in a new, unfamiliar country.
