Condolences
I came into Allan and Lois' circle through the relationship between their lovely daughter Sabrina and our son Sidney. In the short times we had to get acquainted, Allan's warmth, wit, engaging and supportive nature came through readily, and the memory always brings a smile to my face. I wish there was more time. I'm grateful for the times we shared and carry Allan's spirit energy with me.

Dear Lois, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Allan. I never had the privilege of getting to know him. I just knew that you Lois was Shirley's cousin and we did meet briefly a few times. I know the feeling of losing one's precious partner and so I am sending you all the best as your mourn Allan's passing. I have also enjoyed reading your comments on Facebook
Vic Neufeld (husband of Shirley Sawatsky).
I have known Allan for 40 years, I can truly say he was a remarkable person who touched the lives of everyone around him. His kindness, humour and unwavering friendship will be greatly missed. Every time I think of Allan I get a a big smile on my face and a chuckle about the time we went back packing in the Rocky Mountains where no person should have gone, let alone camp. We found the perfect spot to camp amongst the grizzly bears, elk and critters with a mountain peak to climb, an ice cave and a small glacier that was producing some impressive avalanches. As terrified as I was at times, Allan always knew what we needed to do to stay safe. We climbed to the peak of the mountain, walked around in the ice cave that was absolutely stunning with the sun shinning through the ice, climbed up very close where the glacier was avalanching and saw some of the largest elk and grizzly bears to be found in the Rockies. It was an amazing week filled with laughter and thrills not many people will ever experience. I will always cherish this memory of him and others. My condolences to the Hamilton Family and everyone who were lucky enough to know Allan. With sympathy, Richard Gaunt

**Memory of Allan from Jenkins**
I remember the first time I met Allan. From the moment I walked into his home, there was a warmth and kindness that made me feel immediately welcomed. Allan was more than just a client to me; he became like a father figure. His wisdom and gentle demeanor made every interaction meaningful.
Allan had this incredible way of making me feel valued, sharing stories from his life that were filled with lessons and laughter. It was in those quiet moments, between the routines of care, that I truly saw his character. He had an unwavering strength and a deep compassion that were inspiring.
I often found solace in our conversations, and his encouragement and perspective became a source of comfort for me. Allan's presence was a reminder of the importance of kindness and respect, and I carry those lessons with me every day. His influence on my life is something I will always cherish.
We were very sorry to hear that Alan had passed. We have very fond memories of the Hamilton’s as neighbors. Alan was always a kind and smiling face. We would see out for a walk or playing with our kids as they grew up on our street. he had a keen sense of humor and always a kind word to share. We very much enjoyed when he attended our Christmas parties as he was always so pleasant to be around and always never lacked for interesting conversation. Our family is very truly sorry for your loss and hope you know that we are sending you our deepest sympathies at this time.
