Obituary of Claude Beppo

Claude Ronald Beppo, of Calgary, AB, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30, 2024, at the age of 89 years.
He was born January 26, 1935, in Cape Town, South Africa to Frederick and Henrietta Beppo.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Claude cherished time with family and friends, especially with the grandchildren, and enjoyed attending their sporting events. He was married to Margaret, the love of his life, for 65 years, and she predeceased him a year ago.
Claude was an educator who taught at St. Paul’s Primary School in Cape Town for over 30 years. He was known for his love of sport. In addition to teaching math, he was a physical education teacher who led St Paul’s to many first-place triumphs at various athletic meets.
He played and captained both cricket and table tennis teams. Claude, along with two friends, was proud to have cycled from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth and was always happy to tell the tale.

Funeral Services were held at St Barnabas Anglican Church (1407 7 Ave NW, Calgary, AB), on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
