Obituary of Marilyn Joy Bogner

Our hearts are broken. Marilyn Joy Bogner of Calgary, AB, passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025, at the age of 86 years.

Marilyn was predeceased by her parents, James and Lily McRobbie. She is survived by her son, Brad (Annette) Bogner; her daughter, Shelley (Mark “Markie”) Taylor; her grandchildren, Tom Bogner (Sophie), Chloe Pendergast (Cody), and Cody Taylor (Cassidy); and her great-granddaughter, Brooklyn Pendergast. She is also survived by her sister Donna (David) Dunsmore.

Marilyn was a very strong woman. She faced and beat many personal challenges.

She enjoyed bowling and bingo. She had a soft spot for all dogs, especially her dog, Molly, and her two granddogs. She spent her days watching the neighbourhood dogs go by her house.  

Marilyn’s greatest love was her family. She will be dearly missed.

As per Marilyn’s request, there will be no service.
