Obituary of William Bill Vladimir NADRASZKY

December, 31, 1923 – Prague, Czechoslovakia February, 24, 2014 – Calgary, AB William “Bill” Vladimir Nadraszky beloved husband of Carol, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2014 at the age of 90 years. Bill was born in Prague, Czechoslovakia on December 31, 1923. He moved from the Czech Republic and lived in Australia for three years. Afterwards, he moved to Vancouver, Canada. He worked at Commercial Body Builders then opened his own body shop, Chaffer Motors in 1963. He was an excellent auto painter. Bill met, fell in love, and married his wife Carol on September 14, 1963. They lived in Richmond, BC from 1963 to 1998, after which they moved to Calgary, AB to be with their children and grandchildren. He was a gentle family man and his family always came first. He was a loving father and husband and was loved dearly by his family. He always had a smile on his face. Besides his loving wife Carol, Bill is survived by his sons Bill Nadraszky (Michelle) and Grant Nadraszky; daughter Shari Vanderkuip (James); four grandchildren, Brianne, Brendan, Taylor and Jaiden; special family friends, Brenda-Lee, Mike, Kayley and Mitchell Kearney; and numerous other extended family and friends.
