Obituary of Patrick Ronald Schneider

February 22, 1947 – Ridgeway, ON

Patrick beloved husband of Susan of Calgary passed away on March 16, 2015, at the age of 68 years.

Pat lost his battle with cancer on March 16, 2015, at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Calgary, AB. He was originally from Ridgeway, ON, where his parents Ronald and Ann Schneider still reside along with his sister Lisa and her family (Edward Ochej, Molli, Adam, and Stephen). Pat and Susan raised their family in Embrun, ON., and spent the last ten years working and traveling between Ottawa and Calgary.

Pat is survived by his wife Susan (nee Wortman); his daughter Michelle and her family (James Dunn, Matthew, and Sarah); his son Michael and his family (Dominique Belanger, Eric Ebbs, Emilie Ebbs, and Zoe Ebbs).

There will be no formal service as Pat did not want it so. Instead, at the next family gathering or during a quiet moment by yourself, raise a glass and give a toast celebrating a life lived to the fullest. It is what he wanted.
