Condolences
Dale, we are thinking of you with big hugs awaiting you on your return!
Dear Allen, John and Dale
Our deepest condolences to you and your familes during this very difficult time. We will always remember your Mom for her enthusiasm, her kind, warm personality and infectious laugh.
Sincerely,
Greg & Lana Bates (nee McBride)
John and I were so sorry to hear of your wonderful mom’s passing. She was a spark to the neighbourhood and we always enjoyed chatting with her. She was so positive and an inspiring go-getter — taking up golf, for example, like she did. We just returned from a week out of the country and were so sorry to hear the news and to miss the service. Our thoughts are with you.

I’ll always remember us growing up and the laughter coming from your house and how Meta always seemed to know what we were up to and we ALWAYS found out about it. Christmas eve visits with Meta and Aunty Win and my mom were very special and a hell of a lot of fun. Our thoughts are with you, sorry we couldn’t make it but we’ll get together when you get back to Kelowna.

Carolyn, John and Family,
My thoughts are with you and your family as you mourn the passing of John’s mother.
My deepest sympathy,
Sherry Boudreau
Dale and family, the memories of your mom are many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Bob, Roxanne, and family.
Dear Allen, John & Dale
I was stunned and saddened to hear of your mom’s passing. She was a true original and one of my favorite people. No one could tell a better story or make me laugh harder. I am truly sorry for your loss. I am in Florida so I am unable to attend the funeral but please know I will be thinking of you.
We are sorry to hear of your loss. Auntie “Meat” will surely be missed by all.
Mike, LaVerne, Kris and Sara
We feel for your loss. It would have been nice to have known your mother. There is a saying in Hawaii that the Auwapi blossom still is fragrant long after the blossom is gone.
TO THE THREE SCOTT BOYS …
May the infinite blessings and gifts that your dear mother Meta bestowed upon you over your respective lives, serve as your anchor and beacon of light when you search for memories of her grand influence and presence in your lives. I send the deepest love and warmest compassion to you and your loved ones. Much love, Hedy
