Obituary of Jestina Felisha COBURN

April 27, 1914 – January 3, 2012 Heaven opened its arms and the Lord called home a precious mother and grandmother. It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Jestina who passed away on Tuesday, January, 3, 2012 at the age of 97 years. She was born in Mount James St. Andrew Jamaica. She was our light and our strength, and will remain always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts. We have been truly blessed to have her. Jestina touched the lives of those that knew her. She will be missed by a wide circle of friends such as Fran, Daisy, Sheila, Jerry and Lily-May to name a few. Jestina is survived by her daughters, Marcia and husband Ian, Claudette and husband McKenzie, Thelma, Pancy, Cynthia, Yvonne, Persha; son Cecil and their spouses, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Sunday, January 8, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at St. Luke’s Anglican Church (2951 – 26th Avenue S.E.) on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery.
