Obituary of Henry John GUENTHER

September 28, 1920 – December 24, 2011 Henry John Guenther beloved husband of Agnes of Calgary, passed away peacefully at the Rockyview General Hospital on Saturday, December 24, 2011 at the age of 91 years after a brief illness. Henry was born in Medicine Hat and raised on a farm in the Seven Persons district. He spent his working life in the trucking and road construction industry in Southern Alberta. Henry will be dearly missed by his two children; Carole (Fred) Melbourn and Gary (Carla) Guenther, his grandchildren; Stacey (Terry) MacDonald, Scott (Denise) Melbourn, Rose Guenther and Kashmir (Justin Stead) Guenther, Great grandchildren; Tyler, Emma and Addison. He is also survived by his sister Ida Nichols of Medicine Hat and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brothers; Peter Bruins, Gunster Bruins, John Bruins, Harmy Bruins and sister Mabel Angle.
