Obituary of John Robert McLEOD

November 7, 1949 – December 22, 2011 John McLeod passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 22, 2011 of heart failure at the age of 62 years. John was predeceased by his father, Donald, aged 90 and is being mourned by his mother Marjorie, aged 97, his brother Don, sister-in-law Patricia and nephews Don Jr. and Paul. Raised in Calgary, John earned a B Comm at Western University then travelled Europe and Africa. He lived in Toronto before returning to Calgary for work in the “Oil Patch”. He was a renowned salesman and was well liked by a large circle of good friends. Calgary lost an authentic character when “Mac” passed on. He is missed by friends and family especially since we just got him back. There will be no service at this time. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
