September 20, 1979 – December 21, 2011 Michal Suk of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the age of 32 years. Mike is survived by his two daughters Natalia and Ella; best friend Melissa; sister and brother-in-law Radana and Mark; and mother Yarka and her companion George.
