Condolences
Rose and family,
I was sad to hear about Rick’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time.
Colleen,Rose and family,
I am deeply saddened by Rick’s passing. As he was my twin and one of my best friends in high school I will always remember him fondly. His joy of living and no holds barred attitude made him so special to so many people. I am truly glad that he was able to come to my 50th birthday celebration (and his). Tears and time will help ease the pain. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Colleen, Gord and I are so very sorry to hear of Rick’s passing. We know how much the two of you loved each other. Shed as many tears as you need to and smile at happy memories if you are able to. Now is the time to rest and be gentle with yourself.
My heartfelt cololences to the Boudy family and to all his friends. I am very saddened to learn of his passing. I worked with Richard for a few years in Norman Wells. He was so much fun and always had a way of making the most of any of the situations we were involved with. Always sharing a funny story with us guys in camp and making a hard day at work seem like a fun adventure. His sunny disposition was contagious. Very respectfully, James
Rose and Colleen, please accept my heartfelt condolences. I worked with Rico overseas and spoke with him often in our offices, including many talks about our favorite team, the Riders. He was a good friend and colleague and will be sorely missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Rick. Rick was always a fun loving character and will be missed by all who knew him. As Rose knows I grew up with Rick only living a few miles away. Most of my memories are from the earlier years.Rose, Rick loved you very much. In the last several years I had an opportunity to see Rick at Leah McDonald’s 50th Birthday party in Regina and then again at Margaret Hamilton’s celebration of her life.
Colleen I know I have met you in the past but did not know you. Time always heals and remember all of the special and good times you had with Rick.
Rose please pass on my condolences to all of your children as I know their hearts are very heavy as well. Jocelyn
We were saddened by the news of Rick’s passing. We both went to school in Plenty with Rick. Marty was in his grade from 1 thru 12 in Plenty, and Wendy (Rosset) is from nearby Kelfield.
Our deepest sympathy and thoughts go out to Rose and the rest of Rick’s surviving family.

We’re so glad that we got to know Rico over the past few years. He made every event that much more fun and his love of life is something we can all carry forward. Thinking of everyone that loved him and will miss him.
Dear Rose:
I was saddened to see Rick’s obituary in today’s Edm Journal. I was unaware that he had been ill – but happy to read that he died peacefully at his home.
I have many happy memories of ‘Rico’ who I met through my cousin Pam.
It sure doesn’t seem fair that a parent outlives her child, Rose, but if anyone can handle such tragedy, it is you! I hope it helps to know that others are thinking fondly of you, Colleen and your entire family at this sad time. Penny Craig (Fort Macleod, AB)
Colleen,
Our sincerest condolences to you and your extended families. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during your time of sorrow.
Sunshine passes, shadows fall
Love’s remembrance outlasts them all
But though he is gone from amongst us
in your heart he will always remain!
Our love and prayers
Dennis and Pat
