Obituary of Walter MAGEGA
February 21, 1932 – November 23, 2011
Walter Magega, beloved husband of Roze of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the age of 79 years.
Walt is survived by loving wife Roze; two daughters and a son-in-law Wendy and Terry Joevenazzo, and Lynda Hillier; brother and sister-in-law Art and Mary Magega; six grandchildren Tabitha, Larkin, and Luke Joevenazzo, Kaitlyn, Cassidy and Shelby Hillier; and other extended family.
Prayers will be celebrated at St. Stephen Protomartyr Ukrainian Catholic Church (4903 – 45th Street S.W.) on Friday, November 25, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.
Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Stephen Protomartyr Ukrainian Catholic Church (4903 – 45th Street S.W.) on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
