Obituary of Ian Robert DUGUID

February 21, 1937 – November 22, 2011 Ian Duguid, beloved husband of Marian Duguid of Calgary, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at the age of 74 years. He was born in Dundee, Scotland and immigrated to Canada in 1966. Ian worked as a finishing carpenter until his retirement in 1996. Besides his loving wife of forty-five years, Ian is survived by son Les Duguid (Zena); daughter Karen Eng (Robin); three grandchildren, Matthew Duguid, Samantha Duguid and Kevin Duguid; two great-grandchildren, Ella-Rose and Maddison. He is also survived by three sisters, Sheila, Elspeth and Joyce and their families. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, November 28, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Services to follow at Queen’s Park Mausoleum.
