Obituary of Doris Eva MOORE

May 1, 1921 – November 15, 2011 On Tuesday, November 15, 2011, Doris Eva Moore passed away peacefully at the Calgary Chinook Hospice at the age of 90 years. Doris will be remembered for the pride she took in her home and the pleasure she received from cooking, baking, decorating and entertaining. Ronnie was her best friend and together they enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping, curling, playing bridge, travelling, music and time with friends and family. She is survived by her daughter Glenda (Doug) of Calgary, her son Rodney (Barbara) of Phoenix; three grandchildren, Chris Hubick, Clayton (Neasreen) Hubick, Dr. Aaron Moore and one great-granddaughter Hannah Victoria Hubick. On February 1, 2010 Doris lost her beloved husband of 69 years, Ronald L. Moore. She was predeceased by her brothers Arthur, Gordon, Howard and sisters Florence and Gertrude.. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Eau Claire Retirement Residence, Chinook Long Term Care and the Chinook Hospice for their care.
