Obituary of Alex Martinus LUBLINKHOF

May 10, 1934 – November 14, 2011 Alex Lublinkhof, loving husband of Sylvia Lublinkhof, passed away at his home, surrounded by family on Monday, November 14, 2011 at the age of 77 years. Alex was born in Beerzeveld, Netherlands and immigrated to Canada in 1953. Alex is survived by his daughter Martha Peterson and her partner Mark Corrigan, daughter Bernetta van Sluys and her husband Adrian, son Gene Lublinkhof and his wife Carmen. Alex is also survived by his pride and joy, his grandchildren; Bryce van Sluys (Kelly), Marc van Sluys (Christina), Eric van Sluys, Cory Peterson, Jorja Lublinkhof and Averi Lublinkhof and brothers Johan, Nico and Bernard Lublinkhof. He was predeceased by his mother Berendina Lublinkhof and his brother Karl Lublinkhof. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside service will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
