Obituary of Esther Hannah PAXTON

March 2, 1921 – November 11, 2011 Esther Paxton passed away peacefully on November 11, 2011 at the age of 90 years. Esther’s favourite pastime until the last couple of years was to roam the malls and tour the sites of Calgary by Public transit. A lover of nature she often wrote little snippets of poetry about such things Esther is survived by brothers Ian George (Mary) Paxton of Victoria, BC and Andrew Bruce (Lida) Paxton of St. Catharines, ON. She is also the cherished aunt of several nieces and nephews in Ontario and BC and a special aunt and friend to Doris Gagne (Leo) of Calgary. Esther was predeceased by her husband Steve Sawarin, parents Andrew and Adeline Paxton and sisters Margaret, Elizabeth, Ethel and Wilma. Cremation has taken place. A private memorial service was held by McINNIS & HOLLOWAY.
