Obituary of Richard Paul MUSSIG

October 23, 1912 – November 2, 2011 Richard Mussig of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at the age of 99 years. Richard was born and raised in Germany and immigrated to Canada with family in 1952. Here in Calgary Richard worked in the construction industry for 25 years. Richard is survived by his son and two daughter-in-law Werner and Phyllis Mussig and Pat Mussig; grandchildren Shelley (Bruce) Moulton, Bradley (Kelly) Mussig, Leslee (Robert) Tharp, Linda (Stewart) Hammer, Peggy Sitter and Carol (Brian) Dunn; great-grandchild, Mitchell, Ryan, Kyrissa, Jesse, Lauren, Stephen, Cory and Kyle. Richard was predeceased by his wife Erna in 1982; two sons Hans in 2008 and Manfred in 2009 and great-grandson Billy in 2010. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Eastside Memorial Chapel (5388 Memorial Drive N.E.) on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
