Obituary of Frances Annette SAKLOFSKE

January 14, 1920 – October 30, 2011 Fran, most beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away in her 91st year after a wonderful and joyous life. Fran was born in Medicine Hat and moved to Calgary at an early age where she lived a full and creative life devoted to her family, friends and community. Among her many joys were her more than thirty years of dedicated service at Heritage Park and travelling with family, especially the many trips to Hawaii with Harold. Celebrating her life are her loving husband Harold; children, Don (Vicki), Bette (Don) and Brent (Laily); grandchildren, Jon, Todd, Alison, Jodi, Dan and Kara; great-grandchildren Lukas and Milla; and brother Gerry. Fran was predeceased by her parents Christina Louise and Thomas Henry; brothers Paul and Bud; and sister Audrey. A Private Family Service will be held at a later date.
