Obituary of Joseph Camille OUELLETTE
April 21, 1929 – October 18, 2011
Camille Ouellette, beloved husband of Rita Ouellette of Airdrie, passed away on October 18, 2011 at the age of 82 years.
Camille Ouellette was born April 21, 1929 in McLennan, AB, to Alfred and Rhea Ouellette. Camille was the second youngest of five siblings, and he cherished the precious time he got to spend with his two brothers and two sisters.
Camille will be remembered for his ability to make everyone laugh – or at least make them laugh after they realized it was a joke. His passion for life was evident in everything he did – yardwork, building, golfing or simply in the way he looked at his grandchildren.
Besides his loving wife of fifty-five years, Camille is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law Roger and Dayna Ouellette and Ronnie and Shannon Ouellette; seven grandchildren, Robyn and her husband Thomas MacNeil, Jennifer and her husband Heath Barnfield, Matthew, Dylan, Joshua, Emily and Paiton; four great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church (1305 Main Street S.E., Airdrie, AB) on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
