Obituary of Jadwiga FALKOWSKI

August 10, 1918 – October 13, 2011 Our beloved mother and grandmother, Jadwiga Falkowski of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the age of 93 years. Jadwiga was born in Bransk, Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1974. Jadwiga is survived by her four children and their spouses, Wanda (Tony) Zalewski, Stan (Veronica), Irena Lobasiuk and Teresa; six grandchildren Andrzej, Leszek, Beata, James, Joanna, Piotr, and four great-grandchildren. Jadwiga was predeceased by her loving husband Jozef. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and Tributes at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady Queen of Peace Polish Catholic Church (2111 Uxbridge Drive N.W.) on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at St. Joseph’s section of Queens Park Cemetery.
