Obituary of Charlotte Lottie Stevenson McLEVIN
October 20, 1915 – October 7, 2011
Charlotte “Lottie” Stevenson McLevin (nee Turnbull) of Calgary passed away peacefully on Friday, October 7, 2011 at the age of 95 years.
Lottie was born in 1915 in Walsgrave, England, the eldest child of John and Margaret Turnbull.
Lottie is survived by her children, Janet (Herb) Kiist, John McLevin, and Sheila (Gordon) Cook; grandchildren, Owen (Erin) Cook, Robert McLevin, Grant (Tiffany) Kiist, Andrew Cook, Meghan (Travis) Schiewe and Alicia McLevin; and great-grandchildren, Leila and Claire Cook and Everett Kiist.
Lottie was predeceased by her husband Donald; her parents; brothers, John and Douglas Turnbull; sister Janet Bisp; daughter-in-law Andrea; and grandson Anthony.
She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Funeral Services will be held at Cathedral Church of the Redeemer (218 – 7th Avenue S.E.) on Monday, October 10, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. A Private Graveside Service will follow at Rocky Mountain House, AB at a later date. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
