Condolences
Dear Joyce and Rick,
Joyce, I was so sorry to hear of your father’s passing. I know you must be feeling sorrow and deep loss at this moment in time, but you must know you were the most awesome daughter a father could have. Even though we don’t see each other too often these days, I know what a caring person you are and how much you did to help take care of your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know you will find strength in your relationships. I hope to talk to you soon, and see both of you in the near future. Take good care of yourself, know you are loved.

Dear Reid Family,
We would like to express our sincere condolences, and special memories of your father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
His characteristics of honesty, determination, and hard work, and following the Golden Rule of “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, deserve respect and remembrance by us all, in our daily lives, and also in this troubled world where the daily news is full of frightening stories.
Gordon’s life is an inspiration for us all to “just keep on keeping on”. No matter what the obstacles. He will be missed and remembered by us and our family, and used as an example of a successful productive life who left good behind him, and a shining example for all of us. he is a true life example of a quiet hero, quietly making the world a better place by his example.
Also, we were very saddened to hear of the passing of your very special mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, May, in 2004. We didn’t know. So now we are doubly saddened. We thought she was very special. The “salt of the earth. We talked as mothers, although I was a little younger. She loved you all dearly, and the first grandchildren were more to love, and a special joy.
At our age, early seventies, life passes so quickly, and lives turn into precious memories, and a few tears.
Sincerely,
Robert and Barbara McGillivray, and Families.
Joyce, Danny, Darlene and family, I am sorry to hear about Uncle Gordon. Our hearts and prayers go out to you all. No doubt he is happy to be with Aunty May again.
Love and hugs
