Many years a go I first met Woody at the Gregg River Mine in Hinton Alberta and was happy to see a familiar face when I came to work in Calgary.
No matter when I saw him he always greeted me with a smile and a hello which will definitely be missed.
Deepest condolences to all of the Pankow Family.
Dear Julie — If I were there beside you, I would give you a great big hug and tell you how sorry I am to hear of your loss. There will be difficult times ahead but all of you will be cradled in God’s loving hands throughout. I will continue to pray for you and your little ones. When you look at your children, you will see Woody’s very best work and his lasting legacy — they will bring you comfort as time passes and one day you will find peace again.
