Obituary of LUCIUK-William George

October 26, 1930 – September 2, 2011 William (Bill) Luciuk, beloved husband of Mary Luciuk, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2011 at the age of 80 years. Bill was born and raised on a farm near Wakaw, Saskatchewan, he married Mary Trofimuk in 1955 and loyally served on the Regina City Police Force for almost thirty years. Bill is survived by his loving wife Mary; children, Brenda from Richmond, B.C., Fred (Susan) from Calgary, Ron (Joan) from Calgary and Donna (David) from Yellowknife, N.W.T.; grandchildren, Kimberly, Candace, Adam and Christopher; sister Polly Pawlyshyn from Prince Albert, SK, brother George (Stella) from Vancouver and sister Mary Cronkite from Victoria. He was predeceased by his parents, Polly and George and brothers John and Peter. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Graveside Services to follow at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens.
