Dear Wendy and family,
I was saddened to read in the Herald that John had passed away. We haven’t been in touch in the last several years, but I have always remembered the fun times we had when the four of us were newly married and living on 19th Street.
He was a wonderful family man and you will miss him so very much, but I am sure you will find solace in the many happy memories that are yours to treasure.
Sincerely,
Barbara Deyell
Our condolences to you and yours. Though I do not remember the children of Hugh and our Dr. Nesbitt, the name caught my eye. And it was the same Nesbitt we knew from Tompkins, Saskatchewan back in the 40’s and 50’s. We 6 children of Francis & Grace Gollers had our Immunization shots from Johns Mother. .
Sincerely Vern & Dora (Goller) Meek
Dear Wendy, Margot and family.
I was so very sad to read of John’s passing, and although he obviously lead a full and rewarding life, saying good-bye is so very hard.
My sincere condolences for your loss.
Sue Browning
My sincere condolences to Mrs. Nesbitt, Janet, Margot, Liz and your families. I will always have plenty of fond memories of your husband and father, as I grew up next door. I am sure John had a few not so fond memories of those times, but he was always there if needed. It was always nice to see a familiar face as I patroled through the old nieghborhood on my partner Monty.
He will be missed by many.

The old G.P.group keeps getting smaller. Wishing you strength and peace in your time of need.
Wendy and Family,
Our condolences to you and your family. John was a wonderful man. I remember the first time we met, it was the evening I was accepted as a member of CAPL (1974). John came up to me after the meeting and introduced himself as a relative…and thus began a friendship of a lifetime. He will be missed but never forgotten.
Mike
