Condolences
I never had the opportunity to meet Clayton, however, my mother spoke of him often. My mother, Agnes Elander, was his cousin. She often spoke of fond memories. I am sorry for your loss,
God Bless
Dear Norma,
I will always treasure the time I had with Clayton while I worked at SAIT. He was a true philanthropist who wanted nothing more but to give back to his community without ever wanting any public recognition. It was an honour and privelege to work with him.
My condolences to your and your family.
Clayton was always a dear friend that I would never forget. As GM of the Stampeders, when Crowchild Trail was built and paved, he guaranteed me the road would be open on Game Day. He was a man of his word, and my respect for him has grown each day since. We lost a great person, and I will always be indebted to him. Love and respect to his family,
Rogers and Joann Lehew

Auntie Norma – I always knew Uncle Clayton was a good man. As a little girl who loved horses, he was a super hero and when he shared that hearty laugh with me I felt very special. After reading all that has been written in the last few days, I have changed my mind. Uncle Clayton wasn’t a good man – he was Extraordinary! I am blessed to have known him and to have seen him this summer – albeit briefly. My condolences to you and the family. Love Sheri

Dear Norma,
I will always have great memories of my many conversations about horses, photography and business with Mr. Carroll when I filled in for Mom at the office over the years.
He offered great wisdom and insight on many topics and I always looked forward to him “checking in”. No one can ever say that Mr. Carroll was an idle man. The way he lived his life is indeed an inspiration to me and to generations to come.
My thoughts are with you and your family and with my Mom during this difficult time.
Dear Marilyn & family,
I was sad to learn of the passing of your step-dad Marilyn. I am sure this is a difficult time but a celebration as well of a good man, and a life well lived! Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Beverley
