Obituary of Samin BANKI

March 21, 1988 – August 25, 2011 Samin Banki, beloved daughter of Behrooz and Shiva, passed away peacefully on Thursday August 25, 2011 at the age of 23 years. Samin was born in 1988 on the first day of spring in Tehran, Iran. She came to Canada at age of ten and continued her preliminary education in city of Calgary. Though from a different culture, she adapted to the new environment very quickly. She always appreciated the cultural differences and always maintained the ability to understand and apply them correctly. She graduated from University of Calgary in Commerce – Finance in Spring 2011. She was full of life and like a wild deer running on cliffs, she was discovering life. On her very short journey through the life she touched many, through their needs, joy, and sadness, with her love. Samin is survived by her loving parents, Behrooz and Shiva; grand parents, Hamid, and Ghamar.
