Condolences
Joey, I just learned of your passing through my father 2 day’s ago….. I’m sorry I missed your funeral, I would have been there!!! And I also learned through your passing I have a sister I don’t even know that by chance was at your funeral, because she luckily came across your obit…I am happy you are not hurting anymore and seeing you pass and getting a chance to say hello and goodbye was enough for me to remember you. You would have been someone I would have loved and cared for, but now that you are gone and we shared a few words I am at peace with you, and hope the same for you in the end ….And although we only had what we did, it was memorable and I will carry positive thought’s of who I remember you as … A lovely lady who does love inside and out and cares for other’s.
Danny, Sorry to hear of your Mum’s passing. Our heartfelt sympathies to you and your family.

Danny and family. Sorry to hear about your mother’s passing. I know she will be missed. Our deepest sympathy to you all.
Dannny and Lenard,
12 years ago I received from your Mother two black kittens. They were part of a litter of 6.
One day a black cat showed up at your Mom’s door with very soar paws. Your Mom took her in. A few weeks later your Mom returned home from work to find 6 new babies. She didn’t know that her new cat was pregnant but took them under her care and all survived.
I found out about these kittens through my Sister, SanDee Bergen. She worked at Schlumberger.
I now have two cats (brothers) that are very spoiled and fill up my world with companionship.
I am so blessed to have known her. Everytime I saw her she would ask “How are my babies?”. I will always remember your Mom as such a caring person for all beings.
With fond thoughts……we will miss her.
Peg Lund, Ebony (all black like his Mother) and Biscuit (nick named by your Mom as one of the “book ends” as he has white on one side of this nose)
Dear Joey:
You taught me many valuable lessons in life. I will always appreciate and respect you as a well dressed independent business woman – who knew how to tell a dirty joke! You were my first SLB manager and one of the few women managers in SLB at that time. I hope you are at peace surrounded by health, love and kitty-cats!
To Joey’s family: My deepest sympathy to you all. Joey was a great lady!
