Obituary of Shirley Barbara GILLINGWATER

July 11, 1943 – August 12, 2011 Barbara Gillingwater of Calgary passed away on Friday, August 12, 2011 at the age of 68 years. Barb was born in Calgary and raised in the community of Inglewood and attended Western Canada High School. She worked over thirty years in the oil and gas industry with Nexen (CanOxy). Barb is survived by her daughter Sue Gillingwater (Sid Talbot); two sons Brent Gillingwater and Chad Gillingwater and his wife Kimberly; five grandchildren, Alannah-Leigh, Tyrin, Dylan, Talon and Cadin and extended family. She was predeceased by her parents, Florence and William Alway; two brothers Bob and Bill.
