Obituary of CARTER – Wilfrid Leroy

April 28, 1936 – August 6, 2011 Wilfred ‘Wilf’ Carter passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at the age of 75 years. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lorraine, and brother and sister-in-law Wayne and Shirley Carter of Kelowna, BC. Wilf was predeceased by his father Clifford Carter in 1973, and his mother Edrena Carter in 1992. Wilf worked as a Press Room Manager, and retired in 1993 from North Hill Web Publications.
