Obituary of KERBY – Daisy Catherine Christina

March 11, 1927– July 29, 2011 Daisy Kerby passed away peacefully on Friday, July 29, 2011 at the age of 84 years. Daisy was born and raised in Calgary where she worked many years as an administrative secretary after graduating from Henderson Secretarial School. Daisy’s faith and hope in Christ remained strong and one of her greatest joys was her involvement in choir, ladies groups and Bible Studies at Bethany Chapel. Daisy is survived by her sister Elizabeth “Betty”; and sisters-in-law Doreen and Esther. She will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and many kind friends. Daisy was predeceased by her sister Mabel and brothers Bob, Bill and Jim. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens.
