Obituary of CALLAGHAN – Gerard Brendon Gerry

September 23, 1943 – July 27, 2011 “Gerry” Gerard Callaghan of Calgary, Alberta, born in Emyvale, PEI, passed away suddenly on vacation at Clyde River, PEI on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 in his 68th year. He is survived by his loving daughters, Nicole Bealing and Carrie Tesch; their mother Carol Callaghan; and son-in-law Anthony Bealing. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren and loves of his life, Zoe, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Paige, and Cole; great-granddaughter Samaya; and his brothers and sister, Louis (Monica) Callaghan of PEI, Rosaleen (Stan) Chaisson of PEI, Peter (Phyllis) Callaghan and sister-in-law Norma Callaghan of Calgary; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Clifford Callaghan and his parents Amos and Mary Callaghan. We will miss him dearly and we all cherish the strong sense of family he so proudly gave us all. Anyone who met Gerry would remember his easy smile and sense of humour. His family and relatives were his number one priority, his reason for living and he is loved and adored by all of them.
