Condolences
We are so sorry to hear about Ella.
We always looked forward to her emails and letters about the family, her dancing and her life in Canada with George.
Ella’s mum and my Dad, John MacDonald, were sister and brother.
Ella will be missed by all her family, near and far.
Ella’s cousin Di and her husband Peter from Chippenham in Wiltshire.
George and Family, My very sincere sympathy.Ella was such a gracious and fun loving lady . I met Ella and George at Southwest Seniors in Calgary. How they loved to dance! We all had such a great time especially, when we went to Turner Valley for the monthly dinner and dance.
She will be remembered by us all at Southwest Seniors.
My prayers and thoughts are with you
My sincere condolences to George and family at the passing of a most gracious
lady.
I was the person who introduced them one Sunday afternoon when we were walking on the railway line between Roy Bridge and Spean Bridge many years ago.
George and family, I am so sorry to hear of your very sad loss. I have met George and Ella many times during there visits to this area, Geoge and my father Aickie came to Roybridge from Buckie as very young boys, to work on the council houses. They were good friends and were best-man at each others weddings. Your mother was a lovely friendly person and I always received a New Year greeting from her before her illness.Think of all the wonderful times you had as a family and keep these memories in your heart. My deepest sympathy to you all
We were sorry to just hear the sad news of your loss. We met Ella & George on a trip with Braedide Seniors & afterwards we kept in touch by phone & E Mails. Ella always had a smile for everyone in the club & she will be sadly missed.
George, Donald, Alan and families,
My deepest sympathies go out to you all in the loss of your dear wife and mother. I remember many “good” times we had on 109th Avenue as a very close-knit neighborhood. I always appreciated the kindness “Auntie” Ella showed to all of us kids.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this most difficult time.

I am deeply saddened by Ella’s death. As young girls and cousins, we shared many happy times and in latter years were very close, exchanging frequent telephone calls, letters and e-mails. I shall miss her greatly.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you face the future without Ella. Thank you for keeping in touch.
Ishie

thinking of you all, Ross and Rena
I’am deeply saddened by Ella’s passing.
I will remember her wit and warm sense of humour and frienly smile. Every spring when the tree you plant awakes it will have a smile,
somewhere amongst its foliage.
We are so sorry to hear of Ella’s death and send our Deepest Synpathy to George and family.
A few years ago we were delighted to meet up with Ella and George in Scotland and have fond memories of that time and from when we were children growing up in the Lochaber area.
We have kept in touch every year and we will miss her letters and cards.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very sad time.
Joan and James
