Obituary of MacFARLANE – Janet Mary

October 2, 1922 – July 22, 2011 Mom’s journey in this life has come to an end. Janet passed away peacefully at the age of 88 years. She is survived by her husband Bill of nearly sixty years; her daughter Mary; son Dan and his wife Cathy; as well as two grandsons, David and Brad. Memorial Services will be held at Wild Rose United Church (1317 – 1st Street N.W.) on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Project Ploughshares Calgary, c/o Parkdale United Church, 2919 – 8th Avenue N.W.
