I worked at the Holy Cross Hospital with Polly Pasek on orthopedics for many years. She was a very skilled and caring nurse. She cared very much for her family and was especially proud of her son Milton.

Dear Milton and extended Families,

Although we have never met, I have fond memories of your Mom, ‘Polly’, as I knew her, speaking so highly and proudly of her son “Milton” her Daughter-in-law “Jan and her grandchildren” and of course her dog. It is with great sadness that I send this note to you and your extended family. Polly was a wonderful caring compassionate nurse, friend and colleague and I will always treasure my fond memories of her from our days working together on Y2 at the Holy Cross Hospital. We shared many a laugh in those days. I always looked forward to our yearly exchange of Christmas cards after she retired. I will certainly miss that connection. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your families.
