Obituary of KRAHULIC – Robert Louis

October 24, 1931 – July 1, 2011 Robert Louis Krahulic passed away peacefully on Friday, July 1, 2011 at the age of 79. Robert was born in Smoky Lake, Alberta in 1931. He and Elaine were married for fifty-nine years. He worked for Texaco for thirty-seven years in Calgary and Houston, and retired at the age of 58. Robert loved to travel and did so with work, family, and in his retirement. While travel and trailering were his favourite hobbies, he was also passionate about his pets, woodworking, fishing, and cooking for family and friends. He was a much-loved man and will be greatly missed by his wife Elaine; children, Glenn (Kathy), Allen (Joyce), Leah (Barry), and Sharon (Larry); grandchildren, Darcy (Lena), Kelly (Ryan), Tobi (Landon), Jeremy (Emily), Cole, Jessica, and Sarah; and great-grandchildren, Ethan, Zoe, Kasia, and Isaac. He was predeceased by his siblings Bill and Verna and son-in-law Larry. A Celebration of Robert’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, July 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
