Dear Bertha, as we mentioned by phone the other day; we had only just learned of the passing of Fred … But how the memories flooded back to when, as a young family, moving in from Montreal we stayed at the “Hotel Omelusik” – that was back in 1973! Dear Bertha,
More than 35 years ago Fred greeted John, who was a newcomer to WWCG services – as a matter-of-fact, it was his first service at WWCG. He then invited him to his and your home to share a meal and fellowship. There would be many occasions that Fred along with you, Bertha, would open up their home to folks.
We were blessed to have Fred in our lives. He always had a kind word to say and welcomed everyone with open arms, without judgment. He will be truly missed.
