Condolences to the family. I knew Gale during the time she worked at Chilliwack Emergency. I respected her ability as a nurse and her wonderful personality. I am so sorry for your loss!

To Lesley & family, I am so saddened by the news of your mother’s passing. Your mom is the kindest most loving person I have ever known. We had the ‘prairie chick’ bond that will go on forever.

I grew up with Gale in Deloraine and we were close friends as teenagers. I am thankful that I was able to meet with her a few years ago in Calgary at the home of our mutual friend Gloria Perrin (nee Whitlaw). She was a special person and my condolences are with her family at this very sad time.

To the family of Gale,

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother/grandmother/sister. Gale was an amazing person and I dont think words can express how much she has touched the lives of myself and my husband. Gale always had a smile and no matter how busy she was she ALWAYS stopped to ensure you were ok and give you a hand. She was a thoughful and forgiving soul whose love for others was unending. I did not know Gale for a long period of time but the time I did spend with her will last forever in my heart. She could always make me laugh and I always looked forward to going back into the department to see Gale and have a laugh. May you rest in peace and thank you for everything!

My thoughts, love, and prayers are to you Leslie, Todd, and family. Gale was very special to me, made me want to be a better person after spending time with her. Her sense of humour blessed me on many occasions. She tackled her illness with such grace and strength. I will miss her.

She was really one in a million, with her sense of humor, man could she make me laugh! I also know how close you were to your mother so I can’t imagine how difficult this has been for you.
