Obituary of EDEL – Richard

March 14th, 1920 – June 19th, 2011 Richard Edel, beloved husband of Amy Edel of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, June 19th, 2011 at the age of 91 years. He will be greatly missed and will always be remembered for his quick wit, quiet presence, and a generous spirit with his grandchildren and others. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Helen Edel of Linden, AB; three daughters and sons-in-law, Lorraine and Dave Jones of Millet, AB, Caroline and Kevin Felker and Sharon and Wayne Miyagishima all of Calgary. He is survived by seven grandchildren, James (Yvonne), Krista (Joe), Chantelle (Nelson), Michael, Julienne, Madeline, and Caleb; and a great granddaughter Naomi. Richard is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
